  • Which countries does SEPA cover?

  • SEPA covers the 27 member states of the European Union (EU), as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, the UK and Vatican City.

  • Is it possible to perform direct debits on corporate bank accounts (B2B)?

  • Currently, PAYCOMET only offers the Sepa Direct Debit option for debiting private consumer bank accounts (B2C). It is not possible to debit corporate accounts with this payment method.

  • How can I integrate it into my website?

  • As a PAYCOMET customer, you can easily activate this payment method from your control panel. See here for the technical documentation for the integration.

  • What are the debit repayment terms?

  • The customer will have 8 weeks (56 days) to claim a debit that has been charged to their account and a maximum of 13 months for unauthorised payments (the creditor will be able to reject the claim by providing a copy of the current standing order).
