There is a charge on my account associated with PAYCOMET that I do not recognise. Could it be fraud? What should I do?

If you have detected a charge you do not recognise, follow these steps:
  1. Verify the name of the merchant as it appears on your bank statement. Sometimes it isn’t the same as the trade name they use.
  2. Contact the company responsible for the charge directly. They can give you more information about the transaction.
  3. If you do not recognise the charge or do not get a reply, contact your bank as soon as possible. Your bank will be able to help you initiate the chargeback process and block your card if necessary.
PAYCOMET meets with the highest security standards (such as PCI DSS) and does not access your bank or personal details.
Only the company you tried to purchase from has access to this information and can ask for support if necessary.
