If you need a refund, you should contact the merchant you paid directly. Only they can handle your request and, if applicable, process the refund through our platform.
If you do not recognise a charge or suspect fraudulent use of your card, we recommend that you contact your bank immediately. They will be able to help you initiate a chargeback process and protect your payment methods.
