Currently, you have to ask our Operations team to enable the option to request balance certificates. To do so, your account must be set up for manual withdrawals and have a wait period of 0.
If you wish to enable this option, you can contact Operations through the Support Panel in the Support → Create ticket section to verify the requirements and change the settings as needed. To get to this option, follow this path in the Dashboard:
Terminals → Select Product → Balances → Download Balance Certificate
Once enabled, you can download the balance certificate directly from the Dashboard to easily check and manage your account balances.
