How can I request a balance certificate?

Currently, you have to ask our Operations team to enable the option to request balance certificates. To do so, your account must be set up for manual withdrawals and have a wait period of 0.

 

If you wish to enable this option, you can contact Operations through the Support Panel in the SupportCreate ticket section to verify the requirements and change the settings as needed. To get to this option, follow this path in the Dashboard:

TerminalsSelect ProductBalancesDownload Balance Certificate

Once enabled, you can download the balance certificate directly from the Dashboard to easily check and manage your account balances.
