PAYCOMET is the technology that allows companies to process online payments, but we do not manage purchases or the content of payment forms directly.
Payments can fail for a number of reasons:
- Card details entered incorrectly.
- Insufficient balance or card not authorised for online purchases.
- One-off connection or authentication error with your bank (for example, in the 3D Secure verification step).
What to do now?
We recommend that you contact the company or shop where you were trying to pay directly. They will be able to review the payment attempt and, if they deem it necessary, contact our technical team to analyse the case and help you complete it successfully.
