Check the file format and weight. We do not accept ZIP files, so you can’t upload documents that are compressed in this format. In terms of file weight, the maximum is 6 MB. If a file exceeds this weight, you will have to compress it beforehand with any online file compressor.
If you still get an error when uploading documents to the dashboard after checking these two things, open a ticket through the Dashboard following this path:
Support → Create ticket.
