I made a payment through PAYCOMET to a company that has not sent me the product. How can I lodge a claim?

PAYCOMET is the technological platform that processes payment on behalf of merchants, but it is not involved in managing orders or delivering products.
If you have not received the product or service you paid for, we recommend you:
Contact the company you paid directly and ask for a solution.
If you do not receive a response or the problem is not resolved, you can contact your bank to lodge a claim (chargeback process), especially if you consider it to be a breach or possible fraud.
PAYCOMET does not have access to the details of your purchase and can’t issue refunds on behalf of the merchant.
